Everything You Need to Know
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING FOR A BOARDING APPOINTMENT?
Bring along food, treats, a harness/collar and a leash, a dog bed if desired, and a crate if necessary. It is recommended to bring along any favorite toys as well. We supply food and water bowls during your pet's stay with us. They are welcome to sleep on our furniture. Please send us records of vaccination status, their vet contact information, and emergency contact information.
MY PET NEEDS TO GO TO THE VET. WILL YOU TAKE THEM?
In the event of a medical emergency for your pet while you are away, we will contact you or your emergency contact immediately for instructions. We can bring your pet to their regular veterinarian or the nearest emergency vet clinic. If you are not local, we can provide suggestions for practices in this area.
DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH RARE OR EXOTIC PETS?
We have experience with most exotic pets including reptiles, amphibians, hermit crabs, fish, and small mammals. We will ask you about specific feeding and temperature/environment instructions to ensure your pet gets the proper care.
