Jess and Kevin Speray

We began our pet sitting journey in 2022, shortly after adopting our two adorable shelter pups. We found out just how difficult it was to find a reliable sitter for Fern and Charlie in our area. Our decision to start pet sitting full-time has been a blessing to the community! Pet parents can rest assured that their best friend is having an amazing vacation while they are away.

Jess has extensive experience caring for animals through volunteer work with animal shelters and cat rescues throughout Maryland. She has a background as a veterinary assistant as well.

We specialize in special needs animals and can administer any type of medication that your pet may need at no extra cost.

Jessica Klotz

I had the pleasure of growing up in Garrett County and I volunteered with local animal rescue groups as early as middle school. I always had several pets of my own throughout my childhood including cats, dogs, chickens, fish, guinea pigs, rabbits, ducks, hermit crabs, and various reptiles and amphibians. I have always been passionate about animal care. I worked for a local animal rescue group while working on a Bachelor's Degree at Frostburg State University. I started volunteering at a cat rescue and worked part time at a veterinary clinic while working on a Master's Degree from University of Maryland. After working in the Environmental Science field for several years, I decided to move back to Garrett County permanently and pursue my true passion: animal care. I started this business in 2022 and I have absolutely loved giving local pet owners some peace of mind that their fur babies are getting the love and attention they deserve. I wanted to provide a better option for this area so that owners do not need to keep their dogs in a kennel environment while they are away.
